Sports fanatic and the life of the party type of guy Nathan openly speaks about his mental health and dealing with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Having experienced those dark days Nathan is now very passionate about helping and supporting others by sharing his story and being involved in charity events around mental health and the ‘Got you for life’ organisation.
