Today's guest is Mitchell Woods- Performance Coach in Meditation and Mindfulness. It was awesome chatting with Mitchell about his journey and how he has become a performance coach. He talks about meditation and the positive impact it's has had on him personally and now sharing his knowledge as a coach. His clientele is anyone who is looking for self growth or development, he works with a lot of men and teenagers at the moment.

He acknowledges the challenging times we are all facing with Covid-19, he has some great strategies and techniques that we can implement in our lives that will help us personally. Some key word mention are your values, purpose, connection, clarity and fulfilment.

It was a privilege to spend the time with Mitchell to hear the great things that he is doing in the community and some exciting things in the pipeline.
