This is not a political episode. I've felt prompted to get real and share my back story of multiple suicide attempts and severe depression. Suicides in America (and the world) are skyrocketing and more and more people find themselves severely depressed, especially with the destructive, draconian lockdowns.
But there is hope, if you're willing to try. I'm living proof.
I'm known as a bubbly, optimistic, and happy person--and I am--but it's been a long road to get here. In this (very vulnerable) episode, I share what it took for me to overcome the darkest misery and become an independent, joyful man today.
I give concrete steps anyone can take to overcome dark feelings, despair, and depression. My back story is rough, but as you listen you'll see how I found light again.
