There's so much attention (deservedly) on the menopause right now, which is great news!
But as menopause is still regarded as something that happens in your fifties, we really need to be talking about 'peri-menopause'.
These are the transition years from when your hormones start to change (as early as your 30's) right up to your final period.
And 80% of women can suffer symptoms ranging from mild to debilitating.
We don't have to put up with symptoms though. There are many ways of surviving and even thriving through this time, if you know how to look after your hormones!
