“I think the biggest problem for so many people is that they want to go to a Walmart or another store like that and buy the biggest cheapest container that they can, and they do not realize that there's probably a lot of starchy stuff in there, like tapioca starch or rice starch and things like that, as fillers, and that's not great. It's really better to spend the money and get a good quality clean protein and make sure that you're nourishing your body well.” - Mira Dessy
