Eduard Mititelu is the Under Secretary of State in Romania's Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digitization. An engineer by profession, he graduated from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and completed an Erasmus internship in Finland. Currently a PhD student focused on smart cities and Artificial Intelligence, Eduard has authored specialized articles in these fields. He has a background in IT and entrepreneurship, with experience in local and central public administration, where he has developed digitization projects to enhance citizens' access to public services.
