This week on goodMRKT Live! Harry and Adam are joined by Leisha Pickering, the founder of Musee, a company making natural, handcrafted bath products from the heart of Madison County, Mississippi. To craft their bath products, Musee uses a workforce made up of vulnerable people from their community, primarily hiring women in recovery, people with disabilities, and others who have lived in chronic poverty.
In their conversation, Leisha shares the story Musee’s beginnings making bath balms in the kitchen, her reasoning for working with women in recovery, and why being compassionate might be the most courageous thing we ever do.
