Damned and Decayed is the sophomore album released by Canadian death metal band Cryophilic. Based out of Hamilton, Ontario, and formed in 2016, Cryophilic has teamed up with CDN records for not only the release of Damned and Decayed, but the re-release of their first album, Barbarity. During this episode, I am joined by Curt Scythe and Ben Spectre of Cryophilic to chat about the new album, aspirations for the band, martial arts, meditation, and music as an outlet for emotion.
