#girltime is a podcast hosted by two African-American women providing a therapeutic space in which we as women take our power back. Being a woman 40+ is evolving in what it looks like, at this age we are just coming into our own and learning to live fearlessly, the woman at this age is becoming the new 20-something; and if 40 is the new 20, how do we traverse these new waters? We will allow a safe space for marginalized women over 40 years old to be actually heard and seen; to express themselves without judgment. A place of healing for women of all backgrounds discussing a range of topics.
