This is a first for us! It's a Hope solo episode! We are moving into fall and its such a beautiful season to reflect on change, and coming to terms with things that either have or need to die in our lives. I want to share the 3 main things that I what to commit to removing from my life in order to feel more fulfilled and have more peace in the face of uncertainty. It doesn't have to be huge and overwhelming, but let's make some small shifts and doable adjustments to take a step towards a better life.
