Have you ever wondered why so many people are hungry in a country that has an abundance of food, or examined your own beliefs about who deserves to be fed and who doesn't? My conversation this week with Tracey Selingo, Founder of Fork Over Love, is bound to open your eyes and hopefully, your heart.
Since its inception on January 8, 2021, Fork Over Love has recruited 64 restaurant partners, 36 host sites, and 166 volunteers who have served over 19,000 meals. At the same time they are feeding their neighbors like family, Fork Over Love has reinvested $191,480 into the local restaurant community as of February 15, 2022.
