In this episode, we will review an example of a clinical scenario that is far too common in the health setting today. A patient presents with an acute issue that will need further investigation. Only problem being is that once the patient calls for the next step in the process, they are told it will take weeks. In the vast majority of situations in our current health system, a patient is left in the lurch and feels alone and out of options.
