In episode 5 of the Geaux Lafayette Infrastructure Program Podcast, host Tonya Trcalek talks to Mayor-President Josh Guillory and Lafayette Consolidated Government Traffic, Roads, and Bridges Director Warren Abadie about enhancements on Ridge Road that will be a welcome addition for drivers.
Improvements include constructing a new roundabout, increasing capacity at the first roundabout built decades ago in Lafayette Parish, and other intersection improvements. The results will be improved road safety, reduced congestion, and the capability to meet current and future residential-growth needs.
