On this week's episode we set the stage for our favorite season of the year, the Fall. In the fall, the offshore fishing season is full swing with bluefin, yellowfin, dorados and yellowtail all within our local waters. Also, hunting season is here! Mule deer season is fast approaching and upland bird seasons are opening up.

We discuss a successful offshore fishing trip chasing yellowfin tuna and go over some tuna recipes that are so good! We also discuss our favorite opening day and a tradition that let's us know that Fall is upon us, the Dove Season opener. We had another great trip for the dove opener and cooked up some new recipes that are definite keepers.
