Our episode 3 guest, Damian Trevor discusses the power of understanding customers. Damian graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1995 with honors and always had a passion for real estate development and construction projects. He was first introduced to the construction industry while working with a private equity group on construction development projects in Southern California. He worked closely with architects, general contractors and subcontractors to ensure that the company’s projects were completed on time, within budget and achieved quality standards. This untraditional beginning allowed Damian to fully understand the client’s perspective and the challenges to building a new home or remodeling an existing residence. Damian thoroughly enjoys the challenge of exceeding his client’s expectations on all levels.
