Miami Heat suspend Jimmy Butler again: when will this end?

ESPN reported Wednesday that Jimmy Butler missed the team flight to Milwaukee and, while he supposedly had plans to fly on his own at night, the Miami Heat chose to suspend him for two more games instead. That makes nine games in all, in the saga that won't seem to end. Ethan Skolnick and Greg Sylvander on the latest, and what's the least the Heat should take to make this go away.
