There was a time when we'd all go straight to Netflix, Hulu, Video On Demand, even YouTube, for our viewer needs - cable TV didn't stand a chance....or did it? In leui of shows that held pre-existing fans, and thus creating all new fans, like The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Dr. Who, the entire DC CW lineup, and more, we ask the question: Have fandoms saved Cable Television? Or are the dreaded "spoilers on social media" simply forcing us to watch the shows live as they air instead of waiting? And as always your week in the nerd news.
