We talk about a study regarding the concerning trend of cancer diagnoses in the ER in Ontario, and celebrated kids book author Robert Munsch has signed up for MAiD. We get reaction to the latest. TORONTO'S RECYCLING PROGRAM WILL BE CHANGING IN THE NEW YEAR: HERE'S HOW Libby Znaimer is joined by Councillor Paula Fletcher, Ward 14 Toronto-Danforth. Starting on January 1st, the recycling service for Toronto residents will be privatized. A non-profit called Circular Materials will be taking over the program. Is this really a good idea? And what will that change with regards to the materials we can recycle in our blue bins? THIS TDSB TRUSTEE AGREES WITH FORD GOVERNMENT'S APPROACH TO SCHOOL BOARDS Libby Znaimer is joined by Dr. Weidong Pei, a Toronto District School Board Trustee. Mr. Pei wrote an article for Toronto Sun illustrating why he supports the Ford government's move to place the TDSB under the supervision of the province. He shares his thoughts with Libby.
