Then they explain governmental bureaucracy, it's a thing that they chose to talk about it, let me reiterate, they CHOSE to talk about government paperwork. But it's not all terrible, they could be swimming in a river of sh*t in the Olympics. And they're not talking about the river Seine, its Olympic corruption, plus the economic devastation it does to its host cities.
