Ep 015: You don't have to do it alone!

In the last episode of the Far More Podcast, Jason and Liz talked about one of their YouTube Shorts that gained quite a bit of attention which led them to discuss what to do when, as a follower of Jesus, you face opposition because it's a matter of when, not if.
Well, right in the middle of this recording, they sort of switched gears/topics and Liz started preaching to Jason... at least that's what they're calling it. Out of a little bit of frustration, Liz gave Jason a little lesson in "letting go" of control, giving things over to God and asking for the Holy Spirit's help to calm the storm inside of him and help him to become the man that God has called him to be.
Jason is a self-admitted independent (sometimes controlling) person, who has relied on "self" his entire life. This makes giving up control and asking the Holy Spirit for help quite challenging and difficult. However, Jason is constantly being sanctified in this area and has come a long way since he and Liz met. The Lord is persistently calling him to surrender control and independence and day-by-day, he is going a little farther.
