In this interview with Nick Lenzi, Community Director at Hoboken Grace Church in New Jersey, Nick explains how their church has created small groups within the context of the culture of their city. The small group methods originated from how people normally grouped together at dinner. He also shares about ministry in a transient community and his discoveries over the last two years of ministry during the pandemic.
