The big problem with most teachers and preachers is that they want to make people into what they are supposed to be. It is like a father that did not make the first team in rugby, now he is the one who wants to force his son to play first team. You did not get 80% with your maths, so you want your child to get more than 80% to make up for your failures. The same in ministry. Many times preachers want people to do what they cannot even do.
