My name is Monty G. Hooke, and I am an entrepreneur. In fact my journey started at only 8 years old when I had my very first business cleaning boats in Sydney Harbour. I come from very humble beginnings, growing up in a low income family who mostly struggled to make ends meet.

I am very grateful for my childhood. Whilst I often went without a lot compared to others, what I did have was love, and some hard life lessons which set the foundation for a future as an entrepreneur. With no lessons on wealth or business from home or school, I set out from a very young age, determined to learn what it takes, and do what it takes to create my ideal life.

Having spent most of my life involved in some sort of business, I have had many successes and just as many setbacks, but all of them have been critical lessons in the journey that has lead me to now.

As the Director of ‘Mont Fox Enterprises’ Outsourcing Group, I work with hundreds of business owners helping them build teams and get their time back. What I love, is to help people spend their days building their business with passion, and with ease and flow. Most people get into business to make money, trying to “buy their freedom”.
