Back story...A memory popped up in my Facebook feed…prompting me to make this video of some some simple steps you can implement now to attract high-performing loyal team members...
One of the things that I'm most proud of is the relationships I've cultivated with team members. I sold my dental practice in 2012, and until this day, I am still in contact with many of them. After selling, I've lived and worked in different states, and have had this same experience with team members across the country. I hear many colleagues and practice owners express difficulty in finding and keeping loyal employees. There is truly a system and an art to creating an environment conducive to finding people who are exceptional, dependable, and yes, loyal. It can be done if you know the proper steps... Not only did I find such employees or as I like to call them team members, but I also still receive messages from them all the time.
