They have people driven by the mission, and processes aligned with sustainability, and then they choose tech and tools.
But here’s where it gets tricky:
Is your hosting solution for your website zero emissions or solar-powered? ☀️🌱
Your tech and tools need to meet the same stringent guidelines as your people and processes.
You don't want to be accused of being inauthentic. 🚫🟢
It takes extra effort to vet your tech and tool providers, but it’s worth it.
Ensure they uphold the same standards as your team and processes.
When all three components—people, processes, and tech—align with your mission, your company stands strong and authentic. 💪
