In this episode I discuss the levels of leadership as taught by author and leadership expert, John C. Maxwell in his book, “The 5 Levels of Leadership”. These levels of leadership include:

• POSITION
• PERMISSION
• PRODUCTION
• PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
• PINNANCLE

These five levels are critical for players to understand as they develop as leaders and I also cover ten things they must keep in mind as they begin (or continue) their leadership journey. Finally, I suggest an exercise to do with your team (or individually) to help provide you focus as you develop as a leader.
