Joining us is Stephen Liu, executive director of business development at Turing Drive, a Taiwanese company developing self-driving systems. Since 2018, their specially-made domestic electric vehicles have operated more than 18,000 kilometers and carried more than 57,000 passengers. Stephen explains what it is like building urban technology for cities, the challenges in dealing with municipal legislation, and Turin’s intention to expand into the private market.
