In this re-air episode of the Digital Business Evolution Podcast, the DBE duo of Mike and Jess are back and discussing five lessons they have learned that answer the question they get most often as husband and wife– How the heck do you two work together?
Setting boundaries and communication are the first two lessons that Mike and Jess discuss. Being husband and wife, Mike and Jess learned that not only do they have to set those boundaries, but when it comes time, those boundaries have to be honored.
Mike and Jess also discuss the importance of an aligned bigger vision. The two compare how those may be different for partnered teams that work together as well. While your aligned vision as a couple might be to get married one day, in business they may differ. The key is to support your partner to help them achieve their goal!
