Every school day Convoy of Hope feeds 639,000 children in 39 countries, empowers women in micro-enterprise, and trains farmers in sustainable agriculture. Hal has received numerous public service awards. He has a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in biblical studies from Bethany University. During a recent volunteering event with Missouri Farm Bureau members, Hal sat down with President Hawkins to discuss Convoy of Hope's mission and how they've grown into one of the 50 largest charities in the United States, according to Forbes.
