The co-hosts review the disturbing letters sent by “The Watcher,”—who is still unidentified—and review the former homeowners and closest neighbors who were all considered as suspects. They also discuss the emotional and financial trauma Derek and Maria Broaddus suffered as a direct result of the letters, and why some members of the community accused the couple of writing the letters themselves.
