Bold and the Beautiful has Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), pregnant and allegedly carrying a Spencer heir, so she aligns herself with her mother, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park), in a bid to ensure her share of the Spencer fortune. Luna is currently under the protective watch of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) who are awaiting a DNA test to confirm if Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) is the father of Luna's child. Luna's mother, Poppy, who has previously attempted her own schemes on Bill Spencer, finds herself drawn to her daughter's plot. Despite their strained relationship, Poppy may be persuaded to support Luna's scheme in exchange for a share of the anticipated Spencer payday.

Bold and the Beautiful stuns as Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) discovers that Luna is alive and expressing her fury at her sister's lies. As Luna maneuvers her way through her scheme, she may find unexpected allies in her mother Poppy and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), who shares a tentative truce with both Poppy and Lee. However, the alliances are fragile, and Luna's position remains precarious as she faces opposition from the Spencers, the Forresters, and the Logans.
