This week we bring you the first of two parts covering The Son of Sam killings.
David Berkowitz is our Gemini SZN Serial Killer. Active for a year in New York City, berkowitz terrorized the city to the point that women were dying their hair blonde and the cities economy tanked.
Berkowitz used a .44 caliber bulldog revolver and targeted women with long brown wavy hair. He left notes for police, neighbors, and a local journalist and gave himself the moniker The Son of Sam.
In this episode we go over the details of Berkowitz's early life and the attacks he committed from 1976 to 1977.
