Today we have amazing guests Nathan Rube and Josef Gopie. They're star players in Edmonton's newest basketball prep academy WCPA. They talk about their challenges, their mindset, and different things they've struggled with. Nathan tells his story of discovering a love of basketball with his dad after having played Hockey. Josef parallels his story by explaining how basketball helped him find a community to fit in after moving to Canada from Jamaica. Josef goes in-depth about his experience as an immigrant, as well as explains the influence his mother has had in his life. Finally, Nathan and Josef talk about their NBA idols and GOAT candidates.
