I interviewed Hayden Hillier-Smith, who is the unseen force behind Logan Paul and the 5 billion views on his YouTube channel. In the process, he helped redefine what it means to be an editor on YouTube and shares some of his best lessons and stories for creators are editing their own videos or trying to bring on an editor.
