In February 2020, Florida woman Sarah Boone was arrested for the murder of Jorge Torres Jr. According to the affidavit, Boone claimed she fell asleep during a game of hide-and-seek and didn’t realize Torres was still in the suitcase when she awoke hours later.
But two videos on Boone’s cellphone tell a much different story.

NOTE: On June 28th, the judge ruled that Boone will be forced to represent herself in court. Four years and eight attorneys later, Boone is set to stand trial in October 2024.
