So I get two amazing runners Sachin Latti who in 2025 will run across Canada and Cst Laurie McCann of the Toronto Police Service who runs six times a week with times that would shame even new recruits. So we talk why they run, who is their inspiration, how many pair of shoes they own, music do they listen to when they run and just about every running question you could think of including how to get started running.
