On this episode of Consumer Behavior Conversations, we get to hear an interesting perspective of a Learning Experience Facilitator at Discovery Benefits. Kurt TeBeest and Dalton Struxness, both juniors at NDSU, sit down with Sarah Wilson to talk about her role at Discovery Benefits. The interview takes a deeper look into Sarah Wilson and her role at Discovery Benefits. Throughout the podcast, Sarah gives us an inside look on her unique path to her current position and also an inside look on her life experiences at a whole. Sarah’s interesting path includes a degree in the school of cosmetology. Early into her time working at her father’s salon, she found out the business wasn’t for her. After careful consideration she found her first job at Discovery Benefits and describes it as one of the best choices she has made as far as career choice thus far. After sitting down with Sarah, we were given amazing information and advice on our future career path and letting us know that it won’t always look the way you think.

Our main goal through this podcast was to further understand the role of a Learning Experience Facilitator and how consumer behavior plays an effect into the business model of Discovery Benefits.

We are extremely excited to be sharing this interview as we both believe this has been one of the best projects we have participated in thus far. Though it was challenging, the podcast and project overall helped us grow as individuals.
