We will be discussiong the mean of the Constiitution. What is Your interpretation of Article One of the Constitution? What does it say and what is the meaning? We have to realize the language of today and the language of the day when it was written are very different. What the Constitution says is not what the language of today says. Montana Joe will be the moderator in a discussion between Joe Gibson and Sarge, and others.
