11 Dealing with negative thoughts around food freedom and body confidence

This is a little impromptu episode that was brought about by personal experience - everyone can have negative thoughts about their body and their confidence, even confidence coaches! What is important is how you move forward and deal with it. It's totally normal, so don't beat yourself up. Remember, the first step is to love ourselves, so be kind.
