Stress is a part of life. It can be caused by work, school, how we live our lives, or just trying to catch up with this fast-paced world. But when we're feeling stressed or in pain, the last thing we want to do is sit down and try to figure out what's wrong. We just want to get it fixed— and fast! Most of the time, we believe that pills will do the trick, but by now, we should have realized that a short-term solution isn’t serving us anymore.

It’s time we stop thinking about how much we have to do today. Instead, it’s time we start thinking about what makes us feel good right now—and then do it! It's time we start trusting ourselves more—not just when it comes to taking care of our bodies but also when it comes to managing our minds. We need to take back control over our lives so we can truly feel free from our pain and anxiety once and for all.
