With over three decades of expertise in the multifamily industry, Mark plays a key role as President and CEO, shaping and executing the strategic vision for CAPREIT. He began his journey with CAPREIT in 1998 and climbed to President and CEO in 2019. As Canada’s leading publicly traded rental housing provider, CAPREIT owns or holds interests in around 67,000 residential units, including apartments, townhomes, and manufactured homes across Canada, the Netherlands, and Ireland. In 2020, the company earned a spot in the S&P/TSX 60 Index.
