Ending Emotional Generational Trauma one conversation at a time, this time I'm having a rare, heart-to-heart moment with my brother about our mental health, and it's bringing me to happy tears. Conversations like this are so uncommon—I’ve probably seen more solar eclipses than we’ve talked about our emotions. It’s sad, but I know many families overlook mental health, too. Another breakthrough I’ll share soon is with my dad. He’s always been so stoic, but he opened up to me and even said he’s planning to study psychology because he sees how much it truly matters!
