In this episode, the topic of activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) is discussed. Kristi explains that ADLs are basic tasks such as using the restroom, getting dressed, and personal hygiene, while IADLs are more complex activities like doing laundry and cooking.
