Ross Garner, Head of Content and Custom Solutions at Mindtools, joined me for a chat on The Learning Network's stand during the Learning Technologies expo.
We discussed the gap between what L&D vendors are talking about regarding AI and what customers are talking about. Then, we covered the growth of face-to-face training in an increasingly hybrid work environment and the potential for performative, surface-level AI implementations.
