When software-defined wide area networking broke onto the technology scene in the late 2000s, and a number of years later in the channel, few knew how much it would change the network landscape. That was part of the impetus for Expereo, the SD-WAN and cloud connectivity provider, to launch a survey of 650 CIOs. It brought about some compelling results in the company's new Enterprise Horizons report.
