Nate Harris is this weeks guest on the Coach Me Up Podcast with Jimmy Dykes and Chris Burke. Nate is a division 1 college basketball official who works games primarily on the West coast in the Pac-12, WCC, and Mountain West conference. Nate and his wife Jessica are also the leaders of a weekly zoom Bible study with officials from all across the country called the Monday Night Devotional. Nate’s story of how he was at one point running from God as a young college basketball official is transparent and speaks clearly about Gods pursuit of us, even we are not pursuing Him. Nate, Chris, and Jimmy have a great discussion about the Sabbath and what that looks like practically in our homes. 1 Thessalonians 5:16 is a key verse in this conversation.
