Clare people are being urged to make their opinions known on the future of emergency care in the MidWest before the deadline expires next week. As part of HIQA's review to determine if a second emergency department is needed in the region, it's accepting public submissions online and by post until next Thursday, January 15th. University Hospital Limerick remains by far the most overcrowded hospital in the country , with the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation recording 329 patients on trolleys there so far this week.
