Today on Christ in Me we are talking all things fitness, health, body image, confidence, and more, but most importantly, we are going to reflect on how scripture guides us in these topics, while I also share tidbits of my testimony around fitness.
While working out, makeup, and fashion can be so fun, when do they start to become an idol in our lives? Or on the opposite end, maybe you're so far away from your fitness goals, are self-conscious of your image, and in turn it makes you feel far from God?
By the end of this episode, I hope you feel encouraged and confident in how the Lord created uniquely YOU, but also that you learn some new tips on how to truly feel fearfully and wonderfully made in the skin you're in!
