The compassion in action component is stepping outside of our own busy schedules and distractions to bring our family together to be present and eat together around the table. Joy provides helpful hints to simplify our family’s nutrition and how to be mindful and thoughtful about the fuel we put into our bodies. Fueling our bodies with the correct foods will increase our physical, psychological and emotional well-being.
