Pastor Brad shared a message this week called "Vessels" which focused on how we're all called to be God's vessels to the world around us. His main passage of scripture was from 1 Corinthians 12:27. In order to be effective vessels there are 4 main points that he pointed out in this message:
- Effective vessels are WILLING to be used!
- Effective vessels know the Father's Voice (Shepherd's) to HEAR how to be used!
- Effective vessels are intentionally POURING out onto others!
- Effective vessels accept the fact that they are BROKEN!
Bottom Line: Some of us have been waiting to become more perfect, but the answer the whole time has been to 'boast in your weakness' as the Apostle Paul says living your life with an open heart and an open hand.
